Vijit Witane, Broker of Record of Crimson Realty Point Inc, Real estate brokerage was chosen to be among the top 100 Agents for 2015 by the Real Estate Professional magazine.

Vijit Witane’s real estate story has been a successful one from the beginning. He got his real estate license in early 2000 and has tasted success year after year. Starting his career with a Homelife Franchise, he had worked for Re/Max and Royal LePage after that. In 2015, Vijit Witane started his own real estate brokerage, Crimson Realty Point under the Realty Point franchise.
Since 2001, he has won award after award every year. During his tenure at Homelife, he had won the homelife President’s award continuously from 2001 to 2004. He was once among the top 6 percent of Homelife agents in Toronto in 2003. From 2004 to 2008 he was among the 100% club of Re/Max agents and in 2007, he was chosen for the TREB Civic service award. He was featured on the first page in the REM magazine in July 2006. Among his other noted awards are the Coldwell Banker International President’s award and Coldwell Banker International Diamond award, Royal LePage President’s award. He was among the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents in 55 countries and over 3500 offices in 2012.

Although it’s good to keep winning these awards, he doesn’t put much importance to those. He cares more about the satisfaction he receives from doing a good job and seeing the smiles on his clients’ faces.
Vijit Witane is a member of the 2015 – 2016 TREB consumer relations committee.
He attributes his success to honesty. He would always put his client first and would advise the client about right choices even at the expense of losing a deal. And that has always worked. His treats his clients as friends and 90% of his business comes from word of mouth recommendations.
