Dear Thomians and Friends
Due to the tragic Easter Sunday events in Sri Lanka, the committee has decided to postpone the “An Evening of Elegance” dinner dance originally scheduled for May 11th, to September 14th. More details will follow closer to the date.
We continue to pray for those who have suffered a loss and also the injured, may they have a speedy recovery. We stand in solidarity with our fellow Sri Lankans both here and in Sri Lanka.
We hope you will join us in September to remember and honour the innocent victims of this senseless violence. We are reminded of the great words in our college song written by Mr. Edmund de Livera back in 1916.Like the serpent keen and wise, Harmless as the dove, By the cross we’re knit in one, Holy bond of love. Loyal to our Church and state
