Leading West Indian batsman Ramnaresh Sarwan visited the Canadian Cricket academy at 130 Melford Drive in Scarborough, Ontario recently. He spoke to children at the indoor facility, answering questions ranging from his cricketing career to nutrition and training.

Sarwan was in Toronto receiving some physical therapy for injuries.

While in Toronto, the batsman won Player-of-the-Year award at this year’s West Indies Players Association Awards. The award was one of two for the right-hander who also picked up the Test Cricketer-of-the-Year award at the annual event held at the Hyatt Regency in Trinidad.
