Hazel McCallion Mayor of Mississauga opens new showroom for Thamor Jewels.
Mississauga Mayor Hazel McCallion opened the new showroom for Thamor Jewels last week. The grand opening was well-attended by members of the community at 107A Dundas St E, Mississauga, Ontario L5A 1W7.
Following the ribbon cutting by Mayor McCallion, the traditional oil lamp was lit by well-wishers. Plans were also underway to further expand the showroom into the second floor, to make Thamor a one-stop-shop for jewelry in the South Asian community. The Thamor Group also offers an online remittance service iThamor.
