Bakery will offer Colombo-style rolls with pancake cover

The popular franchise, which uses state-of-the-art French baking equipment will offer everything from a wide a selection of breads, curry buns and rolls, croissants, curry puffs and cakes to even weekend lamprais orders.
Swaminathan, who is the owner of Hot Breads in Mississauga said the outlet will offer Colombo-style Chinese rolls made of pancakes (rare to find in the GTA) stuffed with chicken, mutton, fish or vegetable fillings.
